There is a lot of debate over which is better Horlicks or Complan or Boost or Bournvita?
Recently, there was Advertisement war between Complan and Horlicks in medias.
I had found a nice articles which says that Complan is best compared to other drinks.
One more thing is Complan is based on Milk based proteins is superior to Horlicks malt based nutrition.
Horlicks is sold as sleeping drink in UK. But, here in india its sold as health drink.
