Solution:

open 

Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center

Click  , Change adapter options

1. LAN/Ethernet Properties

In Ethernet properties, click configure (Realtek  PCIe Family controller)

In controller properties, goto advanced tab

In advanced tab, check for speed and duplex

Set speed as 10 Mbps full Duplex.

Final solution: Set speed for ethernet as 10 Mbps Full Duplex.
